Instrumental & Voice Lessons
At County High, we are proud to offer a wide range of high-quality instrumental and voice lessons, delivered by experienced specialist teachers.
Lesson Information
Private lessons are available on a variety of instruments and voice, offered in 20-minute or 30-minute sessions. Financial support is available for Pupil Premium (this includes pupils entitled to Free School Meals in the last 6 years) and on certain instruments (see below).
For the 2026–2027 academic year, lesson fees for new students are set in line with the Musicians’ Union recommended rate:
● £22.75 per 30 minute lesson
● £15.15 per 20 minute lesson
Lessons are weekly and the timetable is rotated so that students do not miss the same lesson each week. It is the student’s responsibility to check their lesson time at the start of the day and parents/students will be expected to contact teachers in advance of any planned absence.
