Sixth Form Open Evening

County Upper VI Form is delighted to announce that we have been able to rearrange our postponed Open Evening. We look forward to welcoming you there.

Our Sixth Form has a unique identity. We pride ourselves as being a place where:

1. Students are more than just numbers – relationships are strong and no one gets lost in the crowd
2. We go beyond the classroom – even through this difficult Covid period our extra-curricular provisions are second to none
3. We look to the future – high success rate with ‘elite university’ applications. Our careers and university support is “extensive and effective”, Ofsted
4. Students are school leaders – we look to our sixth form for mentoring, buddying and council systems
5. The staff are experts – not only are our staff excellent, but having the experience of teaching GCSEs means that they can support GCSE to A-level transition far more easily
6. An Ofsted rating of OUTSTANDING has been upheld since 2008 where every subsequent Ofsted visit has rated our sixth form provision at the highest grade
